Paneer Tikka

Succulent paneer cubes marinated in yogurt and spices, then oven-roasted to perfection with colorful bell peppers and red onions. A vegetarian delight served piping hot!
Ingredients
- Paneer cubes1 cup
- Bell peppers (green, red, orange, yellow)1 each
- Red onion1 medium
- Plain yogurt1/2 cup thick
- Ginger-garlic paste1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder2 tsp
- Kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)1 tsp
- Garam masala1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala1 tsp
- Besan flour2 tbsp
- Mustard oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Olive or vegetable oilfor spraying

Combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri chilli powder, kasoori methi, garam masala, chaat masala, besan flour, mustard oil, and salt in a deep bowl. Mix well.

Add paneer cubes to the marinade, mix gently, and set aside for 15 minutes.

Cut bell peppers (green, red, orange, yellow) and red onion into square shapes. Spray with olive or vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange marinated paneer and vegetables on separate trays. Place in a preheated oven at 400°F.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until paneer is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Remove from oven and thread paneer and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
