Ripe strawberries half-dipped in melted dark chocolate, dusted with cocoa powder. Inspired by the Chocolat novel — simple, romantic, and gone in minutes.
Ingredients
- Fresh strawberriesa punnet
- Dark chocolate bara good one, roughly chopped
- Cocoa powderto dust
- Coconut oila tiny bit, to thin the chocolate if needed

Melt chocolate slowly — double boiler or microwave in short bursts. Add a drop of coconut oil if it feels too thick.

Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip halfway. Let the excess drip off, then set on parchment.

Dust with cocoa powder while the chocolate is still wet. Let set at room temperature or fridge for 10 minutes.
