Blended mango and chia set into fun shapes using silicone moulds — stars, hearts, circles. Naturally sweet, no refined sugar, and endlessly delightful for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
- Ripe mango1 large, or 2 cups frozen
- Coconut milk or regular milk1 cup
- Chia seeds3–4 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrupa drizzle, if needed
- Vanillaa few drops
Method

Blend mango with milk until completely smooth. Taste — it should be bright and sweet on its own.

Stir in chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener if needed. Mix well so no seeds clump.

Pour into silicone moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia needs time — don't rush it.

Pop out onto a plate, arrange with fresh mango cubes. They'll hold their shape beautifully.
