Two mason jars, two moods: bright citrus with orange and lemon, or cooling watermelon with blueberries and mint. Stay hydrated without being boring about it.
Ingredients
- For citrus jar โ orange, lemonhalf of each, sliced
- For watermelon jar โ watermelona few wedges
- Fresh minta sprig
- Blueberriesa small handful
- Cold waterto fill each jar
- Iceas much as you like

Add your chosen fruit to a mason jar. Lightly press the softer fruit with a spoon to release the juices โ don't muddle, just coax.

Fill with cold water and ice. Give it a gentle stir.

Drink immediately for a light flavour, or refrigerate for an hour for something deeper. The watermelon-mint version especially benefits from a little wait.
