Ingredients

  • Frozen raspberriesa big handful
  • Red grapesa cluster
  • Nectarine or peach1, pitted
  • Apple juice or watera splash to loosen
  • Honeyoptional, taste first

Method

    Add everything to the blender. Blend until completely smooth — no chunks.
