A golden, crispy-edged pizza piled with mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, and red onion on a tomato base, blanketed in melted mozzarella. The one everyone wants a second slice of.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)1 ball
- Tomato pizza saucea generous spread
- Mushrooms, sliceda big handful
- Green bell pepper, sliced1
- Red onion, thinly slicedhalf
- Black olives, sliceda handful
- Mozzarella, shreddedas much as your conscience allows
- Chilli flakes, dried oreganoto finish
- Olive oila drizzle on the crust

Stretch dough onto a floured surface — embrace imperfection, rustic edges are charming. Brush crust with olive oil.

Spread sauce generously, right to the edge. Layer on mushrooms, peppers, onion, and olives.

Cover with mozzarella. Don't be shy.

Bake at 475°F for 18–20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden and slightly charred.

Finish with chilli flakes and oregano. Slice while hot.
