Fresh sprouted mung beans tossed with tomato, red onion, and a fistful of coriander, finished with lemon and chaat masala. Light, crunchy, and deeply satisfying.
Ingredients
- Sprouted moong beans2 big handfuls
- Tomato, diced1 medium
- Red onion, finely dicedhalf
- Fresh coriander, choppeda generous handful
- Lemon juicea good squeeze
- Chaat masalaa pinch
- Green chilli, finely choppedoptional
- Saltto taste
Method

Combine sprouted moong, tomato, onion, and coriander in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, chaat masala, chilli if using, and salt. Toss well.
